Valentines Menu Fresh vegetable soup of the day. Chicken liver parfait with red onion marmalade and oatcakes. Thai spiced fishcakes with satay sambal and hot and sour cucumber pickle. Roast field mushroom bruschetta with rocket, parmesan and pesto dressing. Crayfish, plum tomato and avocado salad with Marie Rose dressing and Melba toast. .............................................. Lemon and thyme roast chicken breast with braised baby gem, Ayrshire gammon and peas with Dijon veloute and mash potato. Grilled seabass fillet with rosti potato cake and a green bean rocket and parmesan salad ~caesars dressing. Char-grilled Caledonian Crown rib 10 oz eye steak with fresh cut chips, onion rings, roast tomato and pepper sauce. Honey and clove roast Gressingham duck breast with sauted curly kale, black pudding mash and morel mushroom jus.
